With the passing time and years it has been evident that water filter industry has bloomed like a garden of flowers. Nowadays majority of the populace is blindly dependent upon water filters for having safe and healthy life. According the experts 20th century marked the advent of water filters in the market and with their introduction they simply took the market with stride. Currently whether it is your house or a restaurant or even a public place you will find the water filter attached there for getting pure and safe drinking water.

Since the advent of water filter to till now they have marked various changes in them, whether it is feature wise or even technology wise. By seeing the present scenario many new companies have joined the bandwagon in providing the best and safest water filters. Earlier there was only one simple water filter which had filter paper in it which avoids the mixing of any type of dust and impurities in the water. But now you can find array of water filters developed with various new technologies. For example ultra violet water filters, reverse osmosis, sand water filter and many more to mention. Despite being highly technological based still these water filters are easy to use and install. For operating them you don't require any special and technical skill, any laymen can also use them.

Earlier water filters were used to be very bulky and heavy and they also required a complex procedure for installation. But now you can find such a small and portable water filters which can be attached on the tap from where you get drinking water. These days usage of water filters is not only restricted to drinking water but they have widened their area of usage. Now water filters are also used in swimming pools, water aquariums, for irrigation purpose and many more places. In short wherever water is used there you can install a water filter. In fact nowadays majority of the people have installed water filters in their showers too so that they got to bath in clean distilled water. So if you are a health fitness freak and want to avoid any water borne diseases then simply install a water filter and move on the road of health.
