Are Liquid Vitamins better than Pills

Many of us take a hand full of multivitamins every day. Some of us even have cupboards that could be classified as a pharmacists shelf because it has so many pill bottles sitting there waiting to be taken daily. First of all, pills are harder for the body to digest and absorb.

Secondly, pills are hard to take.
