Treadmill Planning

Are you planning on buying a treadmill? Do you want to make sure you have the best plan together before you make the purchase? After all, if you don't use it then what good does it do for you? So, how do you plan on using the treadmill?

When you buy a treadmill it's to get in shape and lose weight. You buy the perfect treadmill and you are excited about using it, but after a week it is still sitting in the corner of the room unused. You keep telling yourself that once you slow down at work you will be able to jump into exercising on it; however, that day never comes.

That is where treadmill planning can come into effect. Before you buy that treadmill (or maybe you already have one collecting dust), you will need to make time to use it. Then you need to sit down and make a plan. How?

Determine if you are a morning person that easily rises or a night owl that never wants to get up in the morning. Once you get that done then you need to see if you can get up earlier in the morning in time to walk, jog, or run on the treadmill for 30 minutes. This will kick start your day. If you aren't a morning person, then you need to plan on having your time on the treadmill after you have finished your day. Maybe an hour before you go to bed so you can shower and relax in bed for a good nights sleep.

If you take the time to find out where you can fit in your treadmill time, it will help you stick to your plan, lose weight, and feel great. You just have to do treadmill planning first. Everything else will fall into place.
