Using Food to Cleanse Your
Colon

heard the news: a clean colon is a happy colon.

drink 8 glasses of water) until your evening meal. To boost

least half of your plate consists of green vegetables. Include

to your life.
Psyllium husk is another type of natural food colon cleanser
you might want to try. It’s actually an herb and it works like
oats to lower cholesterol. It’s also great at sweeping
the cobwebs out of the intestinal tract on its way out.
